Shipping and Returns


Domestic Shipping Costs and Methods
Free 2-3 Day Priority Shipping
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on ALL ORDERS Over $100
  • Free shipping applies only to Domestic orders placed in the Continental U.S. that meet the min purchase requirement of $100 (excludes Hawaii and Alaska as well as all International orders)
For all standard shipping orders less than $100, customers will be charge a flat rate shipping charge of $5.00. Standard Shipping is typically sent via USPS 2-3 Priority Shipping. Overnight shipping orders are typically handled by UPS. Overnight shipping orders must be received before 3:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) to gaurantee next day delivery, or the item will be shipped the following business day.
 
Weekends and Holidays
True Jeans does not ship during the weekends Orders received after 3pm on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will not be shipped until the next business day. True Jeans also DOES NOT offer Saturday delivery on any expedited orders. Expedited orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until the following business day.
 
PLEASE NOTE: True Jeans will be closed for all Federal Holidays, including New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. All orders received after 3:00 PM on the previous business day will not be processed until the following business day.
 
 
Shipping Guidelines
 
True Jeans typically ships items using:

USPS

 
 
After an order is placed with truejeans.com, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted. Most items are shipped within 48 hours after being received by our fulfillment center. Please allow extra processing time for hemming requests. Fit specialists closely review each order before they are shipped. Should a fit specialist have a question about your order (style or size selection), your shipment may be delayed.
 
Although we try to ensure that we maintain sufficient stock of the items featured on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products before the website inventory is updated. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you if and when the item(s) are available to ship. Any changes to your order will be sent to you via e-mail. When an item ships, a shipment confirmation email is sent that includes a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to view the progress of your shipment.
 
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time according to official USPS and DHL rates. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and the distance being shipped. When you check out, you will have the option of selecting your shipping priority on the Order Confirmation screen. Your order total will automatically be updated to reflect whichever shipping rate you choose.
 
 
International Shipping Costs and Methods
International orders are typically shipped via DHL and are usually delivered between 5-7 business days, depending on available international shipping options for selected destination country.
 
Please note: International customers are responsible for customs and import duties.
 
International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fee, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. True Jeans cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check the customs house of your respective country to determine if any additional charges will be applied to your order. DHL assumes responsibility for these charges and then bills the recipients accordingly.
 
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to True Jeans at our own expense. We will then deduct the charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
 
Shipping Restrictions
Because we use DHL for delivery, we are unable to deliver to International APO/FPO addresses as well as P.O. Boxes n many cases. USPS is, however, usually able to deliver to many of these addresses domestically. For special ordering, please contact Customer Care.
 
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns
 
True Apparel Company wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
 
Our return policy is as follows:
  • Only NON-CLEARANCE merchandise may be returned within 30 days from date of shipment (any item sold at a 30% discount or more is considered a clearance item)
  • Items being returned must NOT be WORN, WASHED, or ALTERED.
  • Items being returned must have all original tags attached.
  • Items must have NO DEFECTS( animal hair, lint,etc)
  • If defective item is accepted a 20% damage fee will be applied to your refund amount.
 
To make a return, send your request via e-mail to Customer Care or call 1-877-FIT-TRUE, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Please include the following information with your return request:
  • Name
  • E-Mail Address
  • Phone Number (we will only use this to notify you of any problems with your return request)
  • Order Number
  • Style Name and Size that is being returned
  • Reason for Your Return (please be as specific as possible)

Please be sure to include all of the information above with your return request. Your return may not be processed if we do not have all of your information. After your return request is received and processed by True Jeans Customer Care, you will receive a UPS pre-paid return shipping label that will be sent to you via e-mail.

True Jeans will refund the full purchase price of the jeans less the cost of return shipping and handling charges once the item has been received at True Jeans’ fulfillment center.  Please allow 4 weeks for returns to be processed. 
 
 
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of shipment. To make an exchange, please process your return first. Next, make the exchange for a different size, wash, style, etc. as a separate transaction.
 
International Returns and Exchanges
International exchanges & returns work in the same way as domestic exchanges & returns, but do not include prepaid return labels or refund return shipping costs.
